Description:

A “new urbanism” master plan and architectural design of a 70 acre, mixed use, pedestrian oriented, sustainable development surrounded by 3 lakes. It is an extension of the old, adjacent city core and has a “small town America” flavor. Over 1 million SF mixed use development along “Main Street” spine encompasses a broad variety of uses including retail, office, residential, hospitality, and a 1,500 seat Catholic perish and school center. About 50% of shared parking is placed underground.
